Cell Phone Karma

I'm one of those people who think you look silly with the little ear piece tucked into your ear while your Blue Tooth cell phone is in your pocket. I know you're carrying on an important conversation, gesturing, shouting, and so forth - seemingly to yourself. One day, maybe soon, the phone company will have an implant that can be tucked neatly under your skin so that you don't need any exterior device to be connected to the superhighway all the time.

UNTIL THEN, it's just as annoying when you're in a movie or a church and somebody needs to "take a call" immediately. You always wish for karma (the law of cause and effect) to engage on your behalf when this happens.

The video portrays just such a karmic event:

  3. Very realistic. I hope the grave was filled in while the schmuck was still in it.

  4. So cute!!! They should show that at the beginning of movies. It's ridiculous. We were watching a "No talking on your cell phone or texting during the movie" ad during the last movie we saw and sitting just a few seats away from us was someone texting away. We were both saying, why does someone pay all that money to go to the movies, just to text the whole time.
