Finally a Job for Homeland Security!

I realize that any effort by the US Department of Homeland Security to focus its efforts on ISLAMIC TERRORISM would somehow be 'Islamophobic' and thus, politically correct under the present Administration.  However, since terrorism is their stated mission -- and it's about the only thing that they're supposed to do other than manage FEMA...
(h/t Jihad Watch) Last month, seven Muslim "chemical engineers" were caught trespassing at the Quabbin Reservoir, a key supply of water for Boston, after midnight. Police stepped up patrols, but still now the locks were cut.
RCMP Angle:
The Canadian jihadists who were recently caught discussed poisoning the water supply (and the air) to murder as many as 100,000 people, and poisoning the water supply of a major city has long been bandied about among jihadis as a consummation devoutly to be wished.
Back to Boston:
"Locks Cut At Aqueduct That Supplies Water To Greater Boston," from CBS Boston, June 3 (thanks to Pamela Geller):
FRAMINGHAM (CBS) – The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority says someone cut the locks to three hatches at one of its aqueducts in Framingham.
The incident occurred at the Hultman Aqueduct, which is one of the two lines that carry drinking water to the Greater Boston area.
The three padlocks were cut from separate access hatches located at approximately half-mile intervals along the aqueduct. Police say there is evidence of an attempt to cut a fourth lock.
Maybe the Department of Homeland Security is all over this. But I did some checking and based on my sources, they're not "because it would give the appearance of targeting Muslim jihadists". Source told me, "come on LL, you can't expect us to piss off the Secretary (Janet Napolitano) and the President because of a little local problem." My follow-up question: "Why would Janet and Barack care if you went after Muslim Jihadists out looking to cause trouble?" The answer is, because they're Muslim and Islamic people constituted a 'protected class' in America today. If the troublemakers were Lutherans or Rosecrutians and were out looking to commit acts of terror, I'm sure that DHS would be happy to jump right in.

The Boston Marathon Bombing was a local problem too, right? If so, why did the FBI become involved? And where was the Department of Homeland Security while the terrorist cell planned its attacks? The Chechen brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev and their cell were/are TERRORISTS.

I understand that FEMA is largely reactive, but elements of the Department of Homeland Security are supposed to be proactive. Who are the Muslim chemical engineers and are they in the US on visas? Are they still here if they are? Why?

  1. What you say makes perfect sense. But not in a topsy-turvy Obama World.

    1. As you suggest, there is no common sense.

  3. LL: Obama's nomination of Cass Sunstein's wife Samantha Power as UN Ambassador to replace Susan Rice who he's elevating to National Security Advisor really says it all.

A sane president confronted with all of the evolving self-inflicted scandals Obama now faces would back off from such arrogantly stupid conduct, but there we have it, as noted, that's what a sane president would do.
