St. Patrick's Day

I realize that the war for Northern Ireland is over and that the IRA made peace with the Royals. But on St. Patrick's Day (or celebrating King Billy crossing the Boygne), it's always time for war tunes.

    1. A few years back. It's a big change from when I lived on Antrim Road in Belfast circa 1975.

    1. I ended up going to my daughter's home. Her husband (navy man) made his brined his own corned beef and smoked his own pastrami. Very nice. I wore green shorts. That's as close to "the spirit of green" as I got.

  3. That Sam Browne could've used a bit more attention, but I enjoyed the war tune.

  4. After you see a nice girl kissing her dog there are several things she can be told. But don't ask for a date - as if you'd want one.
