Scum and Rot

The Take-Away

Your take-away from the impeachment hearings should be an understanding of the methodology used by politicians to launder taxpayer dollars that they've earmarked as "foreign aid" and "military aid" back to themselves through family, friends and corporate donations.

Ukraine is the tip of the iceberg. Imagine the rot that would be uncovered if we could shed ourselves of the FBI, which is part of that corruption, and have genuine investigations, unfettered. We know that the corrupt, lying, filthy, sly mainstream media wouldn't investigate this sort of thing honestly. Yes, stories do surface occasionally and some make it to print - but then they're spiked.
"The further society drifts from the truth, the more they will hate those who speak it." - Orwell
Deport Savage People

Norway reports that since they've been deporting Muslims back to their point of origin that the crime rate in Oslo has dropped 31%. I'll ask my good friend, John D. (comments here as Valuism) for his reaction in the comments below because he lives in the Oslo suburbs and has his finger on the pulse.

I don't see how deporting savages wouldn't lead to a drop in crime.  (article snip below)
Oslo, Norway: “The world’s largest gang of thugs, murderers, and rapists is masquerading as a religion of peace,” says Adrian Stavig, a resident of Oslo. Beginning this past January, the new Norwegian Prime Minister, Erna Solberg began a program which targets and deports Muslims who have ties to radical groups.
Something stunning occurred: the country’s violent crimes are down more than 31% in less than a year since Muslim deportations began.
When I criticize Mohammed or the followers of that savage faith, I am occasionally called 'a racist'. I remind critics that Islam is not a race. It's a faith. You're not "born a Mohammedan". It's a system of beliefs that you can embrace or not.  And by their fruits ye shall know them. Some of us used to kill them for a living. Ordnance on target - and then Barack opened the gates of the nation to them. How progressive.

OLD NFO's book, CALEXIT Predicted it

(link) SACRAMENTO, CA—California's state government has announced it will agree to build a wall as President Trump has been pushing for, except this wall will keep people in, not out.

People trying to flee the socialist state in U-Hauls in search of a better life will be greeted with a large concrete structure running across all exits from the state. Modeled after the Berlin Wall, the structure will provide comfort and security to state legislators fearful of citizens fleeing for basic necessities like electricity, taxes less than 100%, and plastic straws and bags.

The rest of the country all pitched in for the wall, too, so Governor Newsom only needed to raise income taxes by a few percentage points to fund it.

Thank you Babylon Bee...

  1. As you could probably guess, I am in that 40% GOP base who, when presented with irrefutable video evidence that Donald John Trump shot a guy in the middle of 5th Avenue in Manhattan, would still vote for him in the 2020 general election.

I wish that percentage were higher, but it's not, nor will it ever be. I am counting on those 20% squishy middle of the roaders to see this impeachment crap for what it is: the ever present efforts by the Deep State to overturn the results of the 2016 election.

And when Trump wins again in 2020, these efforts will not stop. Hopefully, though, the House will flip again to the GOP, those Senate gavels will remain in Republican hands, and we won't have nearly the chaos we have now.

Of course, if wishes were horses, beggars would ride. I heard that somewhere recently.

    1. We really need to flip the House of Representatives, while retaining President Trump.

Bernie is apparently considering AOC for his Vice Presidential pick. That will make the campaigning so much more fun for all of us.

    2. Only for a few months more, until they both bomb out after the Iowa caucuses, no chance for either of these nutbags to resonate with real Americans.

Also sure to flounder in Iowa are Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren and Tom Steyer, too radical for folks who eat corn dogs and cotton candy.

    3. PS: I would think Miss Ocasio-Cortez, at age 30, would not be eligle for the Veep tap, might be wrong there, however.

    4. This is the first I heard about Biden/AOC.
Doesn't matter but for entertainment value.

    5. AOC has been stumping for Uncle Bernie very heavily. It seems that they see eye to eye on policy. Who would have thought?

    6. Fredd, I agree with you - that she may not fit the guidelines, and that in itself is racist and Ephebiphobic.

  2. LL: One of your better posts; not that I have read a bad post by you, it's just that this one shines a bit more brightly.

I hope that we ( those of us who are loyal to the Constitution ) can take back our country through the ballot box and not have to resort to more kinetic means.

    Thanks for the post.

    1. I was very concerned that Hillary in the White House would have resulted in a kinetic solution but that never happened.

Imagine how much better off the nation would be if the Republicans would have jumped on the Trump Train from the beginning instead of fighting him?

  3. Spot on (as usual)...My wife (who thought your photo op yesterday was a modern Hemingway) is of Danish heritage with relatives over there, so we have some insight. Denmark summarily closed immigration because of Muslim bums who decided the "freebies" inherent with the Democratic Socialist government were ripe for leeching. The Dane's are heavy into their traditions, yet the new immigrants would not assimilate or contribute. Solution: Close the border and remove anyone not on board. Crime went down, and social systems are turning around.

Hearings: The best moment (for me) was Rep. Mike Turner's nailing down Sondland's" testimony to verify Trump's Ukraine ZERO quid pro quo, then added (after viewing his smartphone) that Schiff left chambers for his obfuscation presser and proceeded to state the exact opposite of Sondland's testimony with CNN et al carrying that flat out lie to maintain the false narrative. Every single one of these low-life's would have been shot for sedition/treason in the Founder's era. Now they know there is zero consequence (or hasn't been, Barr and Durham may drop the hammer soon...God's smiting can come through others on His team.)

God is the only one for mercy when this gets exposed, although might just be a rash of "suicides" after the loss in 2020 - to the man who is opening the drain tap.

    1. I'm cool with democrat politicians removing themselves from the gene pool. But why wait for the 2020 election?

    2. I suppose that might just occur if HRC gets into the race, cull challengers and remove any opposition "not on board with the program".

    3. High entertainment, Camperfixer. And whey you think about it, having her join the race would clear the field and what few remain would be interesting in debates.

    4. At this point - for sanity - I am taking the "high entertainment" approach of the charade (albeit none of what we are witnessing is the least humorous).

I am awaiting the real Trump 2020 challenger to emerge...the current group are nothing more than mine field sweepers, a test to see what percentage of American public remains willfully ignorant and/or entrenched in their entitlement.

  4. When the hardware gets shipped overseas but the money that paid for it stays stateside with the supplier, who's aid is it?

    1. Hardware is considered to be "soft money". There is also a lot of hard money that is shipped out. Witness Barack's payment to Iran in cash.

We've chatted about this on Virtual Mirage - the Military Industrial Complex is often referred to as "welfare for the middle class". It's why they are panicking because we don't have a war. What if they had to lay off? It's income redistribution to a different class. That's also true of foreign aid when we are speaking of missile, bullets, blankets, etc.

  5. I am Canadian and there are many things I do not understand about the USA. One is why there is an ATF, FBI, DEA to name a few. From what I have read on various sites the FBI is corrupt. Would it not make sense to replace the alphabet soup of agencies with one federal law enforcement agency? Or merge a few of them?

    1. The Department of Justice has FBI and DEA. BATFE (ATF) was an orphan from the Department of the Treasury that migrated to Justice when the Department of Homeland Security was created. There have to be twenty or thirty different federal law enforcement agencies even after Homeland Security absorbed Customs, Border Patrol and Immigration and Naturalization. The Postal Inspection Service, Dept. of Agriculture, Dept of the Interior, Social Security Administration, Dept. of Transportation, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, National Park Service, etc. each have their own law enforcement agencies, enforcing statutes pertaining to the mission of their parent departments.

The FBI's origin was collecting smut on politicians and blackmailing them to keep the FBI at the forefront. That's how they maintained a budget. And over time their mission expanded from catching bank robbers. The Treasury Agencies blossomed during prohibition when they enforced the Volstead act and taxation enforcement related to alcohol.

Then there are the intelligence agencies, each with a slightly different mission. They all clear their information through CIA. From the National Geospatial Agency to the various military services, to DEA (overseas), which operates under the aegis of the CIA.

Everyone has a rice bowl to protect. I'm not telling you that it works, just that it exists.

  8. LL, since you CALEXITed after we did, did you get clipped extra on the sale of your home? I thought I heard where Kommiefornia was trying to grab some of the money on homes sales where the seller was leaving the state.

Or was it an extra grab on *all* home sales after we left?

    1. I was nailed by DMV. My cars were registered in Arizona but since I had to pay California income tax for a month, they felt that I should have registered them in California and garnished $441.00 from my tax return for that reason. I appealed the THEFT, and am 'in line' to have my matter reviewed.

But I escaped before they began to tax home sellers who plan to leave.

I'm glad all that is in the rearview mirror.
